Pizza Baking in a Farm
Pizza Baking In A Farm
主办方 by Ruben - Social Mexican

My name is Rubén. Mexican by birth, a citizen of the world by choice. I have studied, lived and worked in 4 continents. After working in tourism in Germany, and international business development in Mexico, I moved to Cambodia in 2009, where I became head of a business faculty and a father. Two and a half years later, I moved to Malaysia where the rich biodiversity of the country inspired me to pursue my passion for environmental sustainability and encouraged me to travel to the US to learn how to build self-sustainable buildings with a minimum environmental footprint. Ever since, I have been promoting sustainable practices in South East Asia. My passion for perfection in natural ecosystems and its delicate balance defines a lot of my hobbies. I love outdoor sports and activities and I derive great satisfaction from constantly finding new challenges and learning opportunities. I follow a plant-based diet for 3 reasons: 1- The environmental footprint of eating animals; 2- My disagreement with the lack of respect to other living beings that share the planet with us and, 3- The health implications of eating animal products. I live my life under the motto: make sure you leave the place better than you found it. That applies to your work, family, community, country and planet. Therefore, I'm always getting involved in projects related to communities, well-being and sustainability. I love meeting new people and I’m looking forward to sharing the story of this community garden with anyone willing to visit the space and keen to support the efforts of all volunteers involved in this beautiful project.
